**Salary - **$79,032 - $86,539pa, (Pro Rata), plus super and leave loading (Clerk Grade 3/4)
**Your role**
As a Community Service Administration Assistant, you will evaluate and refer offenders to appropriate community agencies, as well as conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with the requirements of the work order program.
This role is at Wyong Community Corrections which located at Suite 105 L1 /1 Bryant Dr Tuggerah at the Central Coast Mariners complex. If you are keen to join a team that values connection, accountability and values the people we work with and for, this may be a role for you.
**What you’ll do**
As part of the community corrections team, you will
Identify and onboard potential agencies into the work order scheme to ensure a sufficient supply of agencies to meet the demand for work orders.
Conduct induction interviews, work placement assessments, inspections, and assign clients to suitable agencies based on written directives.
Assign offenders to appropriate work locations and monitor their attendance and progress at these sites.
Conduct work health and safety site inspections of agencies to assess their suitability for the work order program.
Attend meetings with the Community Service Organiser, Community Corrections Manager, and Field Officer to facilitate coordination of the work order program's operations.
**What we’re looking for**
Ability to coordinate and maintain both computerised and manual attendance records for offenders assigned to worksites, collect hours worked by clients, record data, and generate reports.
Collaborate with the Community Service Organiser to address the needs of existing agencies while identifying and recruiting suitable new agencies, given the limited availability of work locations.
Ability to develop and implement effective management strategies for offenders who may demonstrate a range of dysfunctional behaviours, have unsuccessful work histories, or possess other characteristics that could negatively impact program objectives.
Ability to manage a high-volume workload while ensuring meticulous attention to detail and accuracy to meet audit and legal requirements, given the potential legal ramifications.
