**Wyong: 1 x Ongoing, full-time - **Central Coast Multiagency Hub
**Charlestown: 1 x Ongoing, full time - **Hunter & Central Coast Intensive Support Service
**Salary: $93,295 - $102,941 per annum Plus Employer contribution to Superannuation and Leave Loading per year of service.**

**Your role**
The Service Support Manager supervises and leads a team of staff that provide administration support to staff and Community Services clients. The Service Support Manager will plan, manage, monitor and report on the administrative and site management functions of the Community Service Centres CSC(s) and directly undertake some administrative functions, in addition to other duties.
**What you’ll do**
You will supervise a team in the provision of efficient, effective frontline, administrative and site management services. You will manage and support the team to ensure client focused and consistent high quality service is delivered in the Community Service Centre (CSC).
**What we’re looking for**
- Experience in managing a team in a high-pressure environment delivering services to vulnerable clients
- A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Developing team capabilities whilst supporting a culture of integrity and professionalism
- Working through challenges with flexibility and solution focused outcomes
