**Job Description**:
With a geographically dispersed Talent Acquisition team, we pride ourselves on creating a collaborative and engaged national team, who genuinely support one another. This role will complement our QLD, NSW and VIC Teams and can be based in WA or QLD. A hybrid role based a few days a week in the office or more if you wish, you will be provided with all the tools and support required to set you up for success.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**

You possess 5+ years' experience gained in either an agency environment or an internal or RPO recruitment function and have recruited within both white collar and blue-collar type roles, ideally in an industrial setting.

Our dynamic business is on a growth journey and with that comes change, so an agile mindset and the ability to work smarter not harder is key. This role needs a strong attention to detail, be action and results driven, with a can-do approach that gets stuff done. Most importantly, you are a team player, with a wicked sense of humour, and the drive to really want to make an impact.
