**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Programs Officer - Student Engagement is responsible for providing and delivering high quality student engagement program activities, events and team-based administrative support.

You have impeccable communication skills, are analytical, organised and a natural problem solver.
You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your team and taking initiative.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Certificate IV in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Experience in delivering activities, events and student engagement programs and supporting with administrative tasks to a team with competing needs.
- Willingness and ability to travel as per business requirements.
- Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.

**WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE**

This position offers a base salary range of $72,031 - $79,508 p.a plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

**Targeted Question 1**: Provide an example of an event that you delivered from end
- to-end to drive student / audience engagement. What were the key event considerations you needed to address, what contingencies did you have in place and how did you measure the event’s success?

**Targeted Question 2**: This role requires events and activities to be delivered in multiple TAFE NSW campuses across the state. Provide an example of when you had to support a series of events across multiple locations. How did you ensure that the right equipment was available at each location, what challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?

The recruitment process will include a range of comparative assessments and role-based skills tests. All interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
