Job Description
**Your Opportunity to Join Our Team**
We are seeking a proactive and skilled **Maintenance Fitter** to join our **Further Processing Site in Lisarow**. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
We currently have a full-time position available: 10hr shifts for 4 days per week.

**Daily Tasks**
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults to minimise downtime
- Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure reliability and safety
- Assist with plant upgrades, installations, and modifications
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve mechanical issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts used
- Follow workplace health and safety standards at all times
**You Will Bring to This Role**
- Trade qualification as a Fitter or Mechanical Engineer (essential)
- Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing or food processing environment (preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems (desirable)
