**About the OPPORTUNITY**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Platforms Manager** to join our **Central Functions** team, based in **Adelaide or Melbourne**. Reporting to the **Business Systems Manager**, this role will manage a team in the delivery of critical **Microsoft 365** and **SharePoint Online** services, ensuring robust platform management and seamless service delivery.

We are seeking a **strategic and technically adept** Platforms Manager to oversee end-to-end service delivery, drive platform optimization, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure the highest levels of operational efficiency. This role requires expertise in Microsoft SharePoint, M365, and SharePoint Online to support enterprise collaboration, governance, and digital transformation initiatives.

More specifically, you will be
- Provide visionary leadership by setting clear objectives, mentoring team members, and fostering a high-performance culture
- Manage a team to ensure the seamless and cohesive delivery of platform services, maintaining high operational standards
- Develop and execute platform strategy, contributing to strategic planning and aligning technology solutions with business objectives
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and technical support across Microsoft 365 and SharePoint online
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging automation and best practices to enhance system performance, governance, and compliance
- Develop team members through structured coaching, training, and performance management
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven culture, ensuring accountability and excellence in service delivery
- Make effective decisions by proactively engaging with business units and IT teams to align technology with operational needs

**About YOU**
- Proven experience in a **Platforms Manager role** or similar senior leadership position.
- Strong expertise in **Microsoft SharePoint, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365**, including platform administration, security, and governance
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to **motivate, support, develop, and manage** a high-performing technical team.
- Deep understanding of **service delivery frameworks**, ITIL principles, and industry best practices for enterprise collaboration platforms
- Strong **problem-solving and analytical skills** to drive process improvements and platform enhancements
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and executive leadership
- Proven ability to **lead digital transformation initiatives**, driving innovation and operational efficiencies
