Stratco is an Australian-owned innovator, manufacturer, and marketer of quality building and renovation solutions. With sophisticated manufacturing facilities, retail stores, and professional trade representation throughout Australia and New Zealand, Stratco has supplied a comprehensive range of products to the building and construction industries, and home improvement and DIY markets for over 75 years.

Following an internal re-structure, an opportunity has arisen for a consummate Product Manager. Based at our corporate HO in Gepps Cross, the incumbent will play a key role in guiding product strategy, innovation, and execution to ensure Stratco continues to meet its objectives of growth, customer satisfaction, and market leadership.

As the Product Manager for a portfolio of lifestyle products, your scope of accountability will encompass:

- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the outback veranda product line, aligning with business goals and market trends.
- Identify new product opportunities, enhancements, and innovations to maintain and grow market share.
- Liaising with our engineering team to improve product design and customer service.
- Prepare project quotations and sales proposals.
- Engage with key customers, dealers, and distributors to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and build strong relationships.
- Providing product training to other sales personnel.

We’re seeking a dynamic, “can-do” individual with a background in Product Management or technical sales. Experience gained within building products or related sectors is an advantage.
