**ROLE**

**The SD&E Change Manager is responsible for the delivery of change management and communications activities for the Service Design and Enablement (SD&E) division of LLA. The role ensures that change initiatives meet project objectives (including the delivery of activities on time and on budget), increase stakeholder adoption and usage and are delivered within the context of Lifeline Australia’s’ strategic priorities and member network.**

**Reporting to the Head of Strategic Delivery and Implementation, the SD&E Change Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies and plans, leading a team of Change Analysts supporting implementation (design, development, delivery), stakeholder engagement, communication and readiness activities.**

**The SD&E Change Manager will need to be adept at delivering change projects across business and technology units, demonstrating capability to work with a variety of stakeholder groups**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Change project delivery**
- **Lead the design and development of change management strategies across multiple projects and aligned to organisational objectives and priorities.**:

- **Lead the design of change management plans, ensuring integration of change activities into project schedules, assigning ownership and accountabilities.**:

- **Support a team of Change Analysts in the execution of change management plans.**:

- **Work with the Program Manager, SD&E project team/s, ECPMO Change Manager and SMEs to manage and deliver strategic projects and initiatives.**:

- **Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis and change readiness assessments.**:

- **Engage stakeholders at all levels to support the desired change outcomes and to enable their transition to new ways of working.**:

- **Design, develop and deliver communications to support change management initiatives.**:

- **Report on change activities on a periodic basis to enable appropriate decision making by the SD&E Leadership team and ECPMO Change Manager.**:

- **Support the Learning & Development (L&D) team to design, develop and roll-out training and support material.**:

- **Contribute to the assessment of change effectiveness and benefits realisation.**:

- **Establish and maintain relationships across the Lifeline Member network.**

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**
- **Tertiary qualification / change management certification or the equivalent industry experience in change management.**:

- **Project management certification (desirable).**

**Experience**
- **Strong change management experience, utilising industry recognised change management methodologies.**:

- **Working in both non-profit and commercial settings is desirable.**:

- **Superior stakeholder consultation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Systems implementation, technology and business project change management experience.**:

- **Proven ability to identify, manage and address risks and issues, including change resistance, to the successful implementation of business change.**:

- **Experience with Digital, Cloud and / or Workforce transformation projects (desirable).**
