As a Commercial Graduate, you’ll play a meaningful role in shaping O’Brien’s success. You’ll contribute to maintaining our position as the market leader, whilst ensuring quality, efficiency, and service remain key.
What will I be doing?
Working in our Commercial function, you’ll rotate through three teams over the 2-year programme. In Commercial, you’ll be working closely with our Business Unit Sales teams, contributing to the growth of our key accounts. You’ll support with activities such as compliance and developing relationships with some of our largest customers.
Some teams you could be working with include:
- 1 Rotation: Customer & Compliance - Starting your journey within the Customer and Compliance team you will build a great grounding of our processes and an understanding of our relationships with our Insurance Customers. Learn how we recover service challenges, get involved with reporting and the legislation surrounding our reporting as it relates to our Insurance Segment (our largest one)
- 2 Rotation: Business Development - Support with the establishment & implantation of sales strategies and practices which support the achievement of long term and annual business plans and budgets of O'Brien. A great opportunity to get curious over sales development activities and by listening to our customers needs support the delivery of a final solution which is incomparable to that which they can source elsewhere.
- 3 Rotation: Account Management - Through exceptional customer engagement, unbeatable professionalism, and with a laser focused lens of continuous improvement, support business growth and customer sentiment.
