Heritage House Childcare & Early Learning Centres is a 25+ year family owned and operating business looking for an experienced Centre Manager (Early Childhood Teacher preferred) to join our growing team at the following locations:
- Baulkham Hills
- Beecroft
- Pennant Hills

**The Role - Centre Manager**:
- Manage the day to day operations of the centre in line with company policies, procedures and targets
- Undertake a Nominated Supervisor role
- Maintain and improve centre's A&R rating
- Develop a positive and engaging community presence
- Provide leadership, support and guidance to staff and students as needed
- Develop a positive, cohesive work environment for all staff
- Manage rosters & attendance
- Induct and support new team members
- Implement initiatives to encourage increased occupancy rate
- Ensure centre is compliant with all Centre policies, State Legislation and National Quality Standards
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are always maintained in line with Company standards
**Required experience**:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the role
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Hold a Diploma in Children Services
- A current Working with Children’s Check and valid First Aid, Child Protection.
- Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) and Rating and Assessment process
- Strong experience creating and maintaining a Centre Quality Improvement Program
- Extensive experience within the Early Childhood sector
- Team player
- Excellent communication, leadership and management skills
- Highly organised and ability to multi-task

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
