**About Us**:
Located in the hinterland of the Central Coast at Peats Ridge, The Springs offers the ultimate farm to fork experience.

Opening after COVID-19 the Sitting Duck at The Springs is offering weekend lunches with Chef Dan. The Springs also caters for weddings and functions up to 400 guests (Note: during Covid we are limited to social distancing regulations).

**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking experienced, Kitchenhands to work with a dynamic and professional team who continually deliver a first-class experience to all guests. The Springs proudly holds a Certificate of Excellence with Trip Advisor.

The Successful applicant would report directly to the Head Chef.

We have a high turnover restaurant so the suitable applicant should have experience in a busy kitchen; assisting with food preparation and clean up.

The Springs is a highly sought after wedding destination with weddings catering for up to 400 guests, so experience with function service is highly regarded.

A current RSA licence is required as often we juggle staff according to demand.

Attributes we are looking for include:

- A good work ethic
- Restaurant/Function/Wedding kitchen experience
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate

**The Benefits**:
This is a Permanent Part Time role, with the normal working days of Saturday and Sunday and building as COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. We offer a competitive hourly rate and great staff discounts.
