**_Restaurant Associates has an enviable track record, working with some of the most prestigious venues and corporations in the world. From grand gala events to intimate gatherings, we provide bespoke food solutions and exceptional dining experiences._**

We are currently seeking a casual kitchen hand to join our small and friendly team at a premium corporate site located in the CBD. This role is Monday to Friday, between 8.00am - 3.00pm, with very few late evenings and no working public holidays

**The Person**
- Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be a part of a fast-paced dynamic team
- Excellent communication skills
- Great energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Be self-motivated and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure standard of cleanliness meets the standards set by the head chef
- Manage work station and deliver a high standard of hygiene
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of food safety and allergen awareness
- Respond to requests promptly and efficiently
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster
- Maintain high standards of hygiene
- Show initiative to take on other duties with shifting priorities and flexibility
- Provide above and beyond service and display attitude of care towards your clients and colleagues
