**About the Role**

Are you a Rope Access Technician ready to step up to a new challenge?

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Rope Access Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for leading and managing rope access projects to ensure they are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage projects, including estimating costs, preparing quotes, and developing project plans.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our rope access team, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating work activities.
- Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in accordance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met and that all work is completed to a high standard.
- Manage and motivate a team, providing leadership, guidance, and support as needed.
- Conduct regular safety equipment inspections and maintain logs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest rope access techniques and equipment and ensure that our team is trained and competent in the use of these techniques and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Project management experience
- Proven track record of managing a team.
- Estimating and quoting experience (desirable)
- Relevant Rope Access qualifications, such as IRATA or SPRAT
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Construction White Card
- Driver’s License
