Northern Rivers Community Gateway has been delivering the **Rainbow Region Kids** program for many years. This well-established, accredited program provides before school care, after school care, and vacation care for primary school-aged children at various locations across the region.
Our dedicated team creates inclusive, safe, and enriching environments for children to thrive — and now we're seeking a committed **Program Support Officer** to join our Lismore office team (30 hours per week).
Your Role
As Program Support Officer, you will provide vital administration support to the Rainbow Region Kids team, helping ensure smooth delivery of our services across the region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Enrolments, bookings, attendance confirmation and support through the **OWNA childcare management system**
- Fee allocation, receipting and reconciliation
- Administering inclusion support hours online
- Supporting families and carers with enrolment and account queries via digital platforms
- Generating analytical data and reports from OWNA as required
- Supporting general office and team administration
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with families, schools and stakeholders
- Participating in staff meetings and additional duties as requested

Skills, Experience and Qualifications
**Essential**
- Qualifications and/or experience in business administration or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn about statutory and funding requirements in children’s services
- Competency using Microsoft Office 365 and digital platforms
**Desirable**
- Experience using **OWNA** or other childcare management systems
**Additional Requirements**
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
- A valid Driver’s License
