**About the Company**

Our highly esteemed client is a practice leader in the market and is renowned for its confident and personal approach. Based in the heart of Brisbane, our client has established its roots within the industry and holds strong relationships with all its clients.

**About The role**

You will be working directly with the Principal Lawyer of the practice, essentially acting as their right hand on property acquisition and leasing matters and acting on behalf of high-profile clients on matters ranging from residential sales to large scale property developments.

**Duties**
- Retail and commercial leasing;
- Property joint ventures and development agreements;
- Business development and maintaining existing client relations; and
- Supervising/training/mentoring junior lawyers

**About You**
- Senior Property lawyer with at least **6 years** **PQE **in Property Acquisition and Leasing;
- Practical but with a good sense of humor;
- Be ready to get involved in all aspects of the firms culture; professionally and socially;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
