We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised Client Care Administrator, looking to make a real difference through their work at myHomecare in Erina.

**So, what does the role entail?**

No matter your role with the myHomecare Group, you’ll play a key part in supporting our clients and their families. With us, you’ll become a true expert of Reception in the in-home care space - and we’ve got the comprehensive training and development tools to get you there. You’ll be responsible for:

- Assist with a variety of administration functions, as directed by the Manager
- Confident and competent with the operation of myHomecare's administration
- Receive and respond to all internal calls
- Data entry and report generation into and from relevant databases
- Be aware of team and company goals and targets to ensure actions contributing towards achieving them.
- Act as a brand ambassador for myHomecare by actively promoting the organisation and its services to clients and representatives

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Certificate III in Business (or similar) (desirable).
- Proven experience in an administration role.
- Microsoft Office Suite and Procura Software experience is desirable.
- The right to work in Australia.
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (the myHomecare Group will organise via WorkPro at no cost).
- Proof of Covid Vaccination.
