La Plume is searching for superstar kitchen hand / dishwasher who are enthusiastic about good food and want to develop within a fast growing hospitality group.

**Duties and Responsibilities (based on role)**:

- Assist the chefs oversee daily operations and hygiene standards of the kitchen; and help preparation and cooking of food;
- Uphold health and safety regulations and ensure staff compliance with hygiene standards and food handling practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new culinary concepts, and competitors' offerings to ensure the restaurant remains competitive and innovative
- daily cleaning, maintenance of kitchen equipment
- washing dishes in timely manner

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in a similar roll within the restaurant industry;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, and suppliers;
- Basic understanding of food and beverage operations,
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Passion for hospitality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
