**About the role**
- **Maintaining** service standards in a refined restaurant environment to ensure a world class hospitality experience
- **Contributing **to food preparation & cleaning kitchen equipment
- **Ensuring** OH&S compliance with strict food hygiene practices
- **Provide** exceptional guest service; menu recommendations, processing orders and payments accurately and delivering food & drinks promptly
- **Collaborate** with team to ensure an efficient and profitable operation of the restaurant
- **Interest** in personal & professional development and progression
- **Lead By Example** by embodying our company's values and fostering a positive work culture

**About you**
- **Communication Skills**:strong communication and interpersonal skills
- **Adaptability**:ability to work in a face-paced and high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail
- **Experience**:previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- **Positivity**: a team player with a willingness to learn and strong work ethic
- **Flexibility**:availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
