Super Retail Group are looking for a Shipping Controller to ensure that all service providers and freight forwarders maintain effective communication with Vendors and the Group through both Local and import purchase order management events. The role ensures visibility is maintained over all stock movements, associated with active purchase orders and position in supply chain, and acts as a principal liaison between Super Retail Group, Vendors and Shipping providers.

**The key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Ensures all stock orders are managed/ updated and visible with accuracy and executed in a timely manner
- Manages planned inbound activities (smoothing volume, driving efficiencies and regular compliance communication)
- Executes planned reporting in a timely manner and evaluates and drives actions

**Key Selection Criteria**
- Administration experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Internal and external Relationship Management
- Attention to detail & Reporting Skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- An analytical mindset and a keen problem solver
