We are seeking an experienced **IT Support Technician** to assist in troubleshooting, hardware replacement, inventory management, and providing technical support for end-user devices. This position will involve travel to various sites, working closely with other service providers, and supporting a variety of tasks including diagnosing issues, upgrading components, and providing customer support. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and the ability to manage inventory and produce trend analysis reports.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Support**:

- Read and troubleshoot error codes displayed on devices.
- Swap out faulty hardware and trace issues using diagnostic tools.
- Assist with component upgrades and repairs.
- Provide support to other service providers’ technical teams.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Supervise and track the flow of company goods.
- Maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Manage ordering, storage, and control of inventory items.
- Prepare monthly IT stock reports and produce trend analysis on device failures.
- **Customer Support**:

- Provide strong customer-facing soft skills, including effective verbal and written communication.
- Offer best-effort support for end-user devices including HP, Dell, and Lenovo hardware.
- Troubleshoot common IT issues, particularly related to Windows, OSX, iOS, and Android operating systems.
- **Miscellaneous Tasks**:

- May require staggered shifts and travel to various sites.
- Additional duties as assigned by management.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $200.00 - $230.00 per day
