Clarrow is partnering with a well-established FMCG company currently looking for a Territory manager based in Melbourne to look after mass retail accounts and be a Team Leader for the rest of the field team in Queensland.
**The Role**:
Your role will be focused on sales and increasing distribution across your accounts in your territory. You will be looking after major retail accounts in the Gold Coast/ NSW Border region so it is essential you are based in the Gold Coast. This role reports directly to the Field Manager.
**Responsibilities**:
- Working with your retail accounts in your designated territory to increase sales, conduct staff training and identify gaps where you can improve.
- Merchandising, influencing key decision makers, growing main ranges, and ensuring product visibility to achieve revenue and sales KPI’s
- Range reviews, promotional activity, and building relationships with key decision-makers within your territory
- There is overnight travel for 2- 3 nights every 6 weeks.
Our client is looking for someone who is driven in sales and comes from an FMCG or Pharma background with a stable and proven track record in sales.
- Ability to manage and grow existing accounts successfully
- Availability to travel within the region including overnight travel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Our client requires applicants to have a full driver’s license and full working rights.
