Are you looking for a unique and highly flexible role? We are looking for people in the Perth area for a part-time permanent role.

We are a global relocation agency. We take the stress, overwhelm and hassle out of interstate and international relocations and we are looking for a team member who can help us look after our clients. Someone who wants a long term role with a growing company. Someone who loves thinking on their feet, enjoys helping people and likes a weekly routine that is just always a little bit different from the week before.

The role itself is very flexibile in that you can work from home for a lot of it, and you will be out and about the rest of the time, vewing houses, meeting with real estate agents or clients, showing people around town, waiting on furniture deliveries.

We are looking for 20 hours a week, the timing of those hours can be discussed. There will be Saturday work required on occasion.

**Responsibilities**
- viewing rental properties and providing feedback to the client, the team and the real estate agents where necessary.
- relationship building

**Skills & Proficiencies & Requirements**
- A current Valid Australian Driver’s License & own car

Dealing with change is very important, viewings cancel, clients change their mind, your day may change from what you had planned so often things can be last minute and you have to be able to go with the flow.

Ability to manage time effectively. You are mainly working remotely, with international clients so being able to portion your day is key.

Good communication skills You will be talking with clients around the world, working with real estates locally, and a remote team of colleagues. Comms is crucial.

This job can be a little sporadic in nature. It is different fun, and suited to someone who doesn't need a clear outline of what their day will look like each day/week.

We like people who like to fix things, not look for someone to blame

We like people who are good with people. You will be speaking to clients, vendors and third parties so being able to chat with others will be a large part of the role.
