**About our Opportunity**

As our receptionist, you will have the very meaningful job of delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the friendly professional first point of contact to visitors and incoming callers appropriately directing all enquiries along with engaging in other key administrative tasks including:

- creating kits and distributing to Account Managers.
- issuing keys for new homes and certification certificates.
- record customer feedback into our database, follow up, distribute and ensure responses are recorded
- assist with banking when required
- ensure all stationary goods are monitored and ordered on a weekly basis.
- manage incoming and outgoing mail
- keep the reception area neat and tidy.

**About you**

We're looking for someone with previous receptionist and administration experience, who is motivated and self-driven with a "can-do attitude" along with good people and relationship skills who possesses the interpersonal skills required to provide a high level of customer service to our customers. Along with established time management skills in order to be able to manage the high volume of incoming calls.

you will also be:

- confident utilising Microsoft Office suite with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- willingness to cross train into other functions of the business (upskill opportunity)
- reliable and able to work Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4pm
