This role involves service and repair of industrial air and gas compressors, gas engines and associated equipment.

**This role will involve**:

- Scheduled maintenance and overhaul of Compressors, Gas Engines, Rotating Machinery & associated equipment
- The accurate and timely recording of data related to work performed
- Fault finding and problem solving
- Installation and commissioning of equipment
- Working closely with HOERBIGER sales and service personnel.
- Maintaining relationships with customers to promote and retain business
- Participation in training and development opportunities and sharing knowledge with colleagues

**What you'll need to succeed**
Relevant formal education and training (Trade Qualifications in Fitting and Machining or Equivalent)
- Experience in working with Compressors, Gas Engines and /or associated equipment (Oil and Gas experience an advantage)
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently or within small teams
- An understanding of quality, safety and environmental systems and principals
- A willingness to travel domestically, and occasionally to remote locations for service work at client facilities (Field Service)
- A current Drivers License and Passport

The position is full time 38 ordinary hours onsite Monday to Friday with the opportunity of overtime.
