National Service and Installation Manager - Mechanical
- Up to 140k Base + 20k Car Allowance + Super + Bonus

**THE ROLE**
- You will be joining an established, dynamic and high performing team of service technicians and working closely with the sales team to effectively deliver on the projects that they bring in.
- Our client sells warehouse solutions from dock levelers and to industrial entrance systems.
- This role will have you oversee the service and installation division of the company alongside the National Operations Manager. Responsibilities are as follows: 1. Planning and identifying the best strategy to increase profit and efficiency; 2. To assess and monitor quality of work; and 3. To mentor your team both technically and professionally.
- Your primary role is to drive a collaborative environment within the service and installation team nationwide and to make sure that the best practice process is being followed by the team.
- This role will require you to regularly travel to VIC, QLD, and WA - approx. 1 week/month.

**YOU**
- _THE MOST IMPORTANT THING_: operations or service management experience within the industrial space - preferably with a mechanical background.
- We are looking for someone with mechanical aptitude, since you will be spending sometime on the field with the service technician either for support or mentorship.
- We are looking for someone with gravitas and experience leading a high performing service/operations team. Someone who has the ability to motivate, assess strategies, encourage teamwork and enforce the best practice within your team.
