**Responsibilities**

MSF Australia is expanding their Supporter Relations department to include an Outbound Donor Support team. As we transition to a full team of Outbound Donor Support Officers the Team Leader will be accountable for the initial set up of processes; contacting existing donors regarding validation of pledge details, updating payments, re-engaging donors; and other campaigns designed to create and foster ongoing donor engagement with MSF.

This newly created compelling leadership role will straddle both operational and strategic responsibilities. Initially you will collaborate with departments across MSF to establish and embed processes and systems for the Outbound Donor Support team, as well as leading by example in a hands-on capacity making outbound calls; meeting KPI’s and responding to donor requests. Once the Outbound function is set up you will recruit, train, mentor and develop a team of Outbound Officers as well as input into project work and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this customer focused role you will be known for your resilience and tenacity, your natural ability to motivate a team and your interest in contributing to humanitarian aid work globally. Ideally you can demonstrate the following:

- Proven supervisory or management experience;
- Confident phone manner & previous experience with an outbound dialler;
- Knowledge of database systems and strong computer literacy;
- High attention to detail;
- Excellent written and verbal communications;
- A customer focus; and
- Keen interest in being a part of a NFP organisation.
