Floor Supervisor

Join the team at **Kyo Yakiniku**, one of Sydney’s most popular Japanese BBQ restaurants. We're looking for a reliable and experienced **floor supervisor or team leader** who values great customer service and can lead by example.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience in hospitality (supervisory experience a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, proactive attitude
- Ability to guide and support other team members on the floor
- Confident in greeting guests, making small talk, and managing service smoothly
- Someone who enjoys a fast-paced and positive work environment
- Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is highly preferred

**Details**:

- Dinner service only: open 7 days a week, from 5:00 pmto 10:00 pm
- Shifts usually start around 4:30 pm
