**Role Description/Criteria**
Corpus Christi Primary School is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our team in Term 4 2025. This is a key operational role, vital to the efficient and smooth day to day running of our school. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, professional, and brings a warm, welcoming presence to our community.
The position reports directly to the Principal. **FTE will be negotiated with the successful applicant.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and manage school systems, including ICON and nForma.
- Manage daily student attendance.
- Manage enrolments from enquiry through to confirmation.
- Assist in maintaining the VIT and WWCC register.
- Provide general administrative support and other office duties as directed by the Principal.
**Key Selection Criteria**
- Ability to warmly welcome and support students, families, staff, and visitors.
- Demonstrated experience in school administration (essential).
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple demands effectively.
- High proficiency in Google Suite for Education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including professional telephone manner and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Commitment to the ethos, values, and mission of Catholic education.
**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in school or office administration (essential).
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Current Working With Children Check.
- Willingness to comply with Child Safety standards, policies, and procedures.
