Port Kembla, Australia Protech Warehousing & Manufacturing Full time

**Protech** are currently looking for an **Experienced Trade Qualified Leading Hand** to perform work with our client in the Port Kembla area on a civil project.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Immediate Start
- Monday to Friday and Saturday's as required
- $40-55 p/h (pending exp) + Overtime + Allowances + Superannuation
- 2 year project
- Weekly Pay

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist Supervisor and Superintendent in organising and supervising onsite crew
- Ensure day to day operations run effectively and safely
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to the team consisting of labouring and/or machine operating where required
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

**TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Full Australian Working Rights
- Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport
- Construction White Card
- Trade certificate in one of the following: Formwork, Carpentry, Concreting
- Minimum 5 years trade / industry experience
- Interest in committing to a job with long term engagement
- Leadership qualities - developing and supporting people
- Good work ethic with a can-do attitude
