**Scope of Work**
- **Hobless Shower Base Tiling** - Installation or replacement of a shower base without a raised edge, completed with tiling in one appointment.
- **Shower Floor Replacement (Carpentry Work)** - Includes fitting support trimmers and new subflooring; suitable for those with carpentry skills.
- **Shower Base with Hob Tiling** - Installation or replacement of a raised-edge (hobbed) shower base with same-day tiling.
- **Full Shower Tiling** - Complete tiling and grouting of shower walls and floors, typically completed in a single session.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and install hobless and hobbed shower bases.
- Replace shower flooring and install support trimmers (carpentry experience desirable).
- Precisely tile shower walls and floors with clean finishes.
- Perform high-standard grouting and sealing.
- Carry out demolition and site preparation as required.
- Follow Australian building codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential tiling and bathroom renovations.
- Demonstrated experience with shower base installation and waterproofing.
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Relevant trade qualifications/licences (e.g., Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling, waterproofing licence).
- Own tools and reliable transport.
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude.

**Desirable (Not Essential)**
- Carpentry skills for structural shower floor work.
- Experience with a range of tiling materials and styles.
- A portfolio of completed bathroom/shower projects.
