Position: Experienced Tiler

Location: Sutherland Shire / Sydney, NSW

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 per year dependant on experience

What You'll Do

  • Prepare tile set out, measure and mark surfaces to be tiled
  • Set tiles in position and ensure accurate alignment
  • Prepare and install tiles, mosaics, and natural stone finishes on luxury swimming pools and pool surrounds, and to all outdoor areas.
  • Cut and fit tiles with precision to achieve flawless, high-end finishes

    Collaborate with clients, builders, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and deadlines are met
  • Maintain strict safety protocols and deliver superior workmanship on every job
  • Diagnose and resolve any tiling issues that arise on site

What We're Looking For: Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a pool tiler with a strong portfolio of pool and outdoor tiling projects.
  • Skilled with a variety of materials
  • Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Current drivers licence and own transportation
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Must have the ability to do tile screed beds
