**Your role**

Day-to-day, you will:

- Support children with learning difficulties and disabilities across a variety of settings.
- Deliver small group oral language programs for K-2 students in schools (all materials and resources provided).
- Track and document intervention outcomes and progress.
- Work closely with the Therapy Aide Team Leader, participating in regular supervision and professional development.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, and Educators.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication with families and schools.
- Achieve individual and team goals that contribute to Learning Links’ wider strategy.

**Your knowledge and qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in the **final or second last year** of a Speech Pathology degree (Bachelor or Masters).
- A passion for working with children.
- Experience supporting children in individual or small group settings (through placements or volunteer work).
- Current driver’s licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
