About the Role
Whitehaven Coal have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Graduate Program Lead to join our high performing Recruitment Team.

What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for delivering all stages of the Whitehaven Coal graduate recruitment process, whilst supporting key stakeholders with their FY’24 + graduate requirements. You will be responsible for all graduate positions at our underground and open cut operations, and additional disciplines. The business’s graduate roles are largely based at our mining operations in the Gunnedah and Narrabri regions, north west regional NSW. Further disciplines could be based at any one of amazing office locations in Brisbane, Gunnedah, Newcastle and Sydney.

What You’ll Bring

**To be successful in the role you will**:

- Coordinate and deliver the graduate program yearly and / or biannually, with regular intake identification of suitable graduates
- Demonstrate previous experience leading a graduate program in the resource, engineering or heavy industry sectors
- Develop compelling sourcing strategies to attract top talent to Whitehaven Coal’s geographics
- Be a confident communicator that can use market data and trends to help inform & influence stakeholders in the recruitment process
- Be able to travel to the Gunnedah and Narrabri regions on a regular basis to meet with stakeholders
- Proven leadership experience
- Be resilient & adaptable in an ever changing environment
