We are seeking a passionate Senior Occupational Therapist (full-time or part-time) to join our vibrant South Side team and bring our values to life.

**About your new role**
As a Better Rehab Graduate Program Lead, your day could include:

- Demonstrating leadership and support of the Occupational Therapist New Graduate Cohort for the South region of Brisbane.
- Ensure development of graduate clinicians' clinical competence and progression of skills and knowledge
- Be responsible for graduate clinician outcomes, ensuring targets and financial requirements are met, and good external relationships are maintained
- Complete regular review of key metrics with graduate clinicians including trends, interpretation, and solution-focused support to obtain targets
- Ensure clinicians operate within their scope of practice in delivering safe, high quality, efficient, effective and integrated services which meets participant and organisational needs.
- Actively progress the growth and development of graduate clinicians in line with service standards and client demand.
- Conduct 1:1 mentoring, coaching and supervision and drive professional development activities as it relates to the graduate program
- Travel across various offices in the region as needed to provide support.
- Managing a reduced NDIS caseload, visiting NDIS participants, assessing their needs, designing therapy plans and advocating on their behalf.
- Liaising with support coordinators, local area coordinators and equipment providers
- Collaborating with your multidisciplinary team

**About you**
- You are passionate about making a difference
- You possess tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy 3 + years post graduate experience
- Demonstrated experience in capacity building supports with NDIS participants
- Experience in clinical supervision is essential
- You embody Better Rehab’s values
- You have your own car and a valid driver’s license
- You can provide evidence of relevant registrations and proof of COVID vaccinations
