**Description**

We are seeking a enthusiastic and forward leaning consultant to work in a fast paced Business Operations Team at RAAF Base Williamtown.

This position will work as part of a small team under limited direction to perform and achieve complex tasks within an integrated workforce. They will liaise with stakeholders of all levels, building good working relationships and providing a point of contact for all enquiries.
- Management and coordination of Branch Tasks including allocating to the correct ACSPO Team and managing the appropriate SPO Approvals, ensuring responses are followed up and returns are provided to Branch in accordance with deadlines.
- Support ACSPO in the coordination and Management of Business Operations Support.
- Assist in the coordination and management of SPO Travel.
- Where applicable, recommend and implement appropriate course of action to progress work to meet business objectives, provide advice and guidance on very complex issues.
- Manage workflow and resources, prepare work area and team plans detailing measurable milestones and expected outcomes.
- Manage visit schedules and planning for ACSPO components of official visit events, including but not limited to DEPSEC CASG, HASD and DGACS visits.
