**Your new role**
- Reporting to the Operations Manager on day - to
- day business activities
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations: freight forwarding, customs clearance, transport
- Be the first point of contact.
- Liaise with customers.
- Provide support to the team.
- Prepare delivery information for dispatch.
- Deal with Australian customs and AQIS on a regular basis.
- Improve processes.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- 2-3 years of experience in the related industry within Australia.
- Ability to resolve problems effectively and efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners and staff at all levels.
- Strong planning and organizational skills including ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
- Team oriented, have an eye for detail, willing to learn and see work through to completion.
