Energy Efficiency Assessor

We are a growing energy efficiency consultancy servicing large builders through to owner builders.

We require a building professional to liaise with our existing clients, help increase our business and manage our team of energy assessors.
- Explaining Energy efficiency results to clients
- Answering client inquiries
- Checking assessments for accuracy
- Conducting HERS (Residential) assessments
- Conducting Section J (Commercial) assessments
- Ensuring time frames are being met by the team

Skills required:

- Experience in reading and interpreting architectural plans.
- Experience in Western Australian construction methods.
- Previous exposure to energy efficiency regulations, through related career paths.(For Example, ensuring plans/projects comply with energy efficiency regulations)
- A qualification in architectural drafting or building services would be highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written is essential.
