We bring our full selves to work each day and work alongside extremely talented, supportive and dedicated teams. **Role Snap Shot** Our Urban Development Survey & Subdivision team are seeking a Survey Assistant to join the team in a casual capacity. The position is a great opportunity to work in a well-established company working across green-field, land development-based projects whilst you complete your studies in a related course. You will work with our skilled and experienced Surveyors, furthering your knowledge to become a proficient and skilled Surveyor. **How You Will Contribute** - Provide accurate and timely assistance to Party Leaders and Survey Technicians on a variety of projects - Equipment setup - Boundary pegging - Obtaining level information and other survey data - Exercise appropriate duty of care when operating survey equipment - Undertake computations and data reduction **Our Ideal Person** **We would love to hear from you if you have the following**: - Enrolment in a relevant course of study (preferably at a degree level) or an approved Apprenticeship Agreement (to achieve a Certificate III in Spatial Information); - Strong mathematical and analysis skills; - Completion of "Construction OH&S Induction" course (formerly "Red Card"); - Current "Basic Life Support" (Level 1) First Aid qualification; - Current Driver's licence and own transport; - Strong client and quality focus; - A diligent attitude towards accuracy, speed and safety; - Proven ability to deliver within time and budgetary controls. **About Taylors** Here at Taylors, we are a leading development consultancy recognised in our industry for providing first class outcomes to our client base across the infrastructure, urban development and built environment markets for nearly 60 years.
