Aged Care Worker

**About this role**:
Previous experience or qualifications are not essential as we provide you full training and support. As a CAREGiver you will provide individual person centred care to support people to stay in their own homes for a longer period. We currently seeking new CAREGiver's located in and around Perth's South West Suburbs (Fremantle to Henderson).

**As a Home Instead CAREGiver you will provide**:

- companionship - social support which may also include transporting clients in and around the local community
- Domestic support - including vaccuming, mopping, laundry, general cleaning of the home.
- Assistance with showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Compassionate home care through building trust and taking the lead to support individuals to live as independently as possible at home
- Individualised care that is tailored to suit the personal needs of our individual clients

- Are personable, approachable, and able to build relationships with each of your clients
- Will be reliable with clear communication skills
- Are happy to support in all parts of the role as listed above

- Be able to provide a valid national police clearance with no disclosable outcomes

**Salary**: $28.78 - $51.00 per hour
