- About the Role We are looking for a Sustainability Manager help us achieve our sustainability objectives. This is an opportunity for you to bring your own ideas and work with key stakeholders and projects across the business.

This role can be based out of our Head Office, located directly across from Southern Cross Station, which offers a vibrant environment featuring a balcony, BBQ area, collaborative and quiet spaces, and plenty of natural light. We are also open to other main offices in Victoria.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and driving the implementation and delivery of the Service Stream Sustainability Strategy. This will involve working with project teams across the business.- Measuring sustainability performance though analysis and delivering your interpretation to stakeholders.- Assisting in developing a net zero strategy and setting achievable science-based sustainability targets for implementation in collaboration with business units and functional teams.- Building strong internal and external relationships and understanding their needs to achieve best practice outcomes and support the achievement of sustainability objectives- Incorporating sustainability objectives into business and operational planning processes.- Coordinating submissions and reporting for benchmarking, including SBTi, National Greenhouse Emissions Reporting scheme (NGERs) and other client reports such as CDP.- Developing employee awareness and promoting a culture of commitment to the Sustainability Strategy through the development of induction and awareness programs, guidance materials and resources, and reports.- Preparing reports, briefings and other communication to inform on the strategy’s progress and achievements, both internally and externally, such as the annual sustainability report.

About You

We are looking for someone that has experience as a Sustainability Manager or a project management background with experience in driving sustainability strategy and initiatives. You will have a strong understanding of the ISC rating program and be able to support projects and contracts to achieve ratings.- Considerable experience in ESG/sustainability, strategy development and implementation and sustainable business communications.- Experience developing annual Sustainability reports and delivering sustainability campaigns both internally and externally.- Solid understanding and interest in the Science Based Targets Initiative program, including how to develop and implement a net-zero strategy in alignment with SBTi.- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and be able to build trusted, collaborative relationships.- Project management skillset and ability to support multiple initiatives.- Sustainability or environmental qualifications are highly desirable.
