- Build complex financial and valuation models for operating companies and financial asset portfolios
- Assist in preparation of investment memorandums for the investment committee
- Perform due diligence, credit analysis and financial analysis across a very broad range of asset classes, business types and capital structures
- Conduct research on companies, industries, and asset classes
- Conduct interviews with industry experts and managements
- Assist in the execution of transactions
- Monitoring and driving further value on existing portfolio companies

Qualifications:
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.
- Minimum 2-3 years of investment banking, private equity, or management consulting experience
- Excellent financial modelling and excel skills
- Ability to understand business drivers and market common sense is essential
- Excellent report writing skills, including advanced Word and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- High motivation and attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial and team player
