As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our robotics and data solutions. Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, engineering teams, and stakeholders, you will assist in defining product roadmaps, gathering customer feedback, and launching new features that solve key challenges for our customers.

You’ll work on cutting-edge products that integrate robotics, mapping technologies, and AI to optimise customer workflows in challenging environments. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop a career in product management and contribute to breakthrough innovations.

**Here's what we need**:

- ** Customer Insights**:Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product improvements and new feature development. Act as a customer advocate within the squad to ensure products are designed with a deep understanding of user needs.
- ** Market Researc**h: Conduct market analysis, customer research, and competitive benchmarking to identify key industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer pain points.
- ** Product Development**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritise product features that align with business goals and customer needs.
- ** Roadmap Execution**: Support the development and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements
- ** Go-to-Market**: Assist in developing go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and customer onboarding materials to ensure successful product launches.
- ** Analytics**: Monitor product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, optimise user experience, and inform product decisions in alignment with the organisational goals.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams to optimise product development cycles

**How you'll succeed**:

- ** Product Experience**: 1 year of experience in product management or business analysis
- ** Entrepreneurial Mindset**: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a strong bias for action
- ** Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- ** Customer-Centric**: Deep empathy for users and a passion for creating products that solve real-world problems.
- ** Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify and articulate complex topics clearly and persuasively.
- ** Execution skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Preferred skills**:

- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Amplitude, and Productboard
