**About the role**

Imagine being part of a team that makes a real difference in our members' lives. That's what this role is all about. You'll get to support one or more of our digital products, journeys, or features - the kind of things our members interact with every day on our public websites, member portals, mobile apps, and more. And the best part? You'll get to see the direct impact of your work on our commercial outcomes.

This is a **12-month max-term/secondment opportunity**, so you can really dig in, make a difference and build some amazing experience. Our offices are in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, but we're open to remote workers from other locations.

**About you**

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills we'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

- You've got experience in digital product management, business analysis, user experience, or something similar.
- You're able to pull insights from various data sources, and you know how to structure reporting and spot ways to improve things.
- You're driven, organised, and methodical - the kind of person who thrives on solving complex problems, even when there are a lot of stakeholders in the mix.
- You've got strong interpersonal skills and can build relationships across an organisation.
- You've worked with agile teams before, driving results and participating in all those agile ceremonies.
