**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Responsibilities**:
The role duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

- Responsible for the pension administration for our clients
- including calculation, amendment, reconciliation and paying of pensions each month and liaising with the RSA clients.
- Responsible for creating new accounts, allocating contributions and rollovers, periodic reconciliations, benefit payments, pension payments and claims administration.
- Undertaking the annual reviews of RSA funds. Developing and implementing processes and procedures for the improvement in efficiency and accuracy of services to our clients.

**Proven Experience & Qualifications**
- RG146 Superannuation qualifications
- 3+ years in superannuation fund administration
- Superannuation pension administration experience
- Acurity administration software experience

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to work well under pressure;
- Detail oriented - high level attention to detail;
- Ownership of your work queue and commitment to achieving team results
- Strong team player; with the ability to work autonomously;
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- An understanding and interest in superannuation legislation and financial markets;
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
