We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Room Leader (Diploma qualified) with a genuine passion for early childhood education to join our Croydon team.

About You
- Genuine warmth, care and passion for children
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal with an ability to build respectful and reciprocal relationships with children and families
- An ACECQA approved Diploma (or above) in Children's Services.
- An ability to lead and motivate a team of Educators
- A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, including government regulations, the National Quality Standard and the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework.
- Experience in developing and implementing programmes that are interest-based, reflective of diversity and contribute to positive behaviour management and guidance techniques and strategies for children
- Strong experience in documentation, including regular observations and children's portfolios, is highly regarded.
- Current Working With Children Check, Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
