We are seeking a diploma-qualified Room Leader to join our team Five days per week

**Responsibilities include**:
Leading and guiding a team of educators in implementing quality learning experiences for children in indoor and outdoor environments, documenting and extending children's learning.
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
About you
Diploma qualification or above
Knowledge and understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Current Working with Children check, First-Aid Certificate, emergency Asthma management and Anaphylaxis training.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high-quality care
You will have excellent communication skills, radiate a sense of fun and be passionate about early childhood education and care. We also seek for an experienced and passionate Early childhood Teacher to join our team
