**About us**

The International Strategy and Future Students (ISFS) Division brings together brand (identity), international and domestic recruitment, strategy, market research, marketing, advertising, digital, social media engagement and creative design at ANU. The Division is responsible for delivering high quality communications and experiences for future students in accordance with the University’s strategic objectives.

Within ISFSD, the Segment Marketing and Planning (SMP) team drive the strategic direction across ISFSD, developing integrated marketing solutions for brand, cohorts and markets that align with the diverse student journeys.

**The opportunity**

As a Digital Media Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering campaign optimisation strategies, with data-driven digital marketing solutions.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will provide strategic advice on data-led approaches to inform paid advertising campaigns, eDm, web and content development, performance analysis, SEO management, and support recruitment activities. By deep diving into web analytics and user experience regularly, your analysis for live and past campaigns will support reporting, process & campaign optimisation.

Your strong skills and experience in digital marketing, digital analytics tools (Google Analytics), tag management platforms and/or DMPs will guide a more streamlined and personalised approach in the prospective student customer journey. More than just optimising campaigns, you will take a marketing approach to determining the most appropriate channels, budgets, and messaging to deliver the best possible outcomes.
