**About the Role**

The Partner Growth Specialist will work with the Growth teams to achieve Driver and Operator growth and retention targets.

You will actively generate and pursue direct leads to sign up Drivers and Operators to our network along with gathering insights and refine sales methods to hit targets and build confidence in our brands.
- Maintain growth focus of Drivers and Operators
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with Drivers and Operators to achieve growth and retention targets
- Work in a cohesive way to ensure best practice for the way we sell our brands
- Promote our brands and proudly build confidence in them with Drivers and Operators
- Be involved with industry events to generate meaningful engagement experiences for our Drivers and Operators

**About You**
- 2 plus years of Sales experience in a similar role and/or business development role
- You will have track record of engaging with audiences and customers with positive outcomes
- You will be passionate about understanding the customer’s business and investigate and uncover their most important problems to solve
