**The Role**

Managing and leading our team in the North Sydney area, you will be a person who is customer-focused, business-minded, but more importantly someone who can challenge themselves and their team to perform at their best on a daily basis. You will monitor and manage business operations to improve performance and efficiency.

As the Manager DES, you will be responsible for:

- Providing support to team in delivering sustainable placements for Job Seekers, meets government contractual requirements and achieve operational results.
- Coaching and mentoring staff to achieve employment goals resulting in excellent performance and a budget surplus.
- Maintain effective relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including other employment team members, employers and community stakeholder.
- Promote a positive work force and a supportive team culture.
- Lead and champion high performance across all areas of the business.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Working knowledge of The Disability Services Act and Disability Service Standards.
- Proven supervisory leadership experience [2+ years] - coaching for performance.
- Demonstrated results focus - ability to meet/exceed agreed performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse, plan, negotiate, make decisions and prioritise tasks in line with service delivery demands
- Satisfactory background check, including NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current NSW Drivers licence (P2 minimum)
- Evidence of Covid-19 Vaccination including booster
