In this opportunity, you will help a small not-for-profit organisation by upskilling the payroll team. Under your guidance, they will deliver payroll services to 250 dedicated employees.

**Scope of duties**
- Overseeing fortnightly operations for a mid-sized payroll
- Mentoring the Payroll Officer and backup Payroll Officer
- Developing and implementing objectives and KPIs
- Undertake system or process improvement initiatives
- Spot compliance auditing and investigating escalated queries
- Cross-checking the fortnightly payroll before submission for sign-off
**Does this sound like you?**
- Senior payroll management and training experience
- Solid grasp of payroll, super, Fairwork, and Awards (SCHADS)
- Able to patiently teach full-function payroll processes
- Analytical mindset and championing efficient processes
- Clean WWCC, Criminal Record, and positive references
